On Earth/Na Ziemi

My friend believes that the Hell exist. “You can't dismiss the evidence!” - He says. “The testimonies of many saints confirm the reality of the Hell!” I'm not convinced that all-loving God would send people to the place full of fire. But saints don't lie. The “great crowd of suffering souls” - where the vision comes from?

I'm reading (again) “The Master and Margarita.” It occurred me that the critic Latunsky who destroyed poor master could be a “real” critic in the Stalin period in the Soviet Union, and Internet agreed with it. Leopold Averbakh was the head of Russian Association of Proletariat Writers. Bulgakov was one was one of the victims of their censorship.

Nobody was safe in Soviet Russia, and Averbakh was arrested. He wrote letters to Stalin, and promised to inform against his friends in return for his freedom. In every moment, thousands of people experience as much pain as in hell. But it's a man who creates “the prison of suffering” on Earth. I believe that God can only love, not condemn.

P.S. It says: “Would you finally believe that I bring peace? Or I'll have to smack you again?”

Czytam (znowu) “Mistrza i Małgorzatę.”

P.S. Na obrazku: “Zrozumiesz wreszcie, że przyniosłem pokój? Czy mam cię znów zdzielić po pysku?”
